Ginger Vanilla Cordial
A perfect mix for your Moscow Mule ! The Vanilla Ginger Syrup is a popular mixed drink for your cocktail, created by Split Tree Cocktail (seen on Dragons' Den) Using only fresh white ginger, whole vanilla beans, sugar and water this delicious syrup is great with Gin, Rye, Bourbon or Vodka! Mix it with the Lime Cordial (seasonal) or Sour Mix to make a Moscow Mule or Dark and Stormy! All mixes are sold in 8oz. (250ml) bottles. A typical drink will use between 1/2oz and 1 oz of our mixes. This is a citrus forward tonic with a bitter finish. Tonic No.3 is made with fresh lemon and lime juice and zest and whole chopped lemongrass. We use whole cinchona bark as our source of quinine. It's what your Gin and Vodka Tonic has been waiting for! Pairs wonderfully with our Grapefruit Cordial, Rhubarb & Elderflower and even the Sour Mix! All mixes are sold in 8oz. (250ml) bottles. Split Tree Cocktail Company's cordials make entertaining friends and family easy with our small batch handcrafted cocktail and soda mixes. We use only all natural whole fresh ingredients in our cordials - no artificial colours, sweeteners, flavours or preservatives, NOT FROM CONCENTRATES!

We don't believe in adding anything that doesn't need to be there. We believe that natural flavour shouldn't be an ingredient but the result of using actual whole fruits! We don't take concentrates that have been sitting around in barrels for months. We squeeze fresh lemons, limes and grapefruits because that is where the best flavours come from!
