The Vanilla Ginger Syrup is a popular mixed drink for your cocktail, created by Split Tree Cocktail (seen on Dragons' Den) Using only fresh white ginger, whole vanilla beans, sugar and water this delicious syrup is great with Gin, Rye, Bourbon or Vodka! Mix it with the Lime Cordial (seasonal) or Sour Mix to make a Moscow Mule or Dark and Stormy! All mixes are sold in 8oz. (250ml) bottles. A typical drink will use between 1/2oz and 1 oz of our mixes.
